About these terms

By using this website or asking us for a service, you agree to these terms. Growarth Capita Consultants LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India.

Our services

The scope, deliverables, timeline and fee for each engagement are agreed in a quote, invoice, work order or written message (email or WhatsApp). Services outside that scope are separate.

What we need from you

You agree to give complete, accurate and genuine documents and information, and to respond promptly to our requests. We process your work on what you provide and cannot be responsible for outcomes that result from incorrect or missing information.

We do not submit false, fabricated or misleading information to any authority, and we will decline a request that requires it.

Fees and government charges

Our professional fees are stated in the quote. Government fees, stamp duty, digital signature charges, trademark fees and other third-party charges are separate and are collected from you.

Payments are made through banking channels. Taxes such as GST apply as per law.

No guarantee of outcome

Approvals, registrations and processing times are decided by government departments and portals. We do not guarantee approval, registration or a completion date. We share estimates in good faith and will tell you promptly about delays.

Professional work

Work that requires a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, advocate or other licensed person is done only by an appropriately qualified person, as the law requires.

Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential and use it only for the service. See our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to Growarth Capita Consultants LLP or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Documents and deliverables made for you are handled as agreed in your engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the professional fees you paid us for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays and errors caused by government departments, portals, third parties or incomplete information from you.

Associates

AAERM Global Services and AAERM Law Associates are independent entities. Nothing on this website creates a partnership, joint venture or agency between Growarth and them.

Governing law and courts

These terms follow the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute through discussion. If that fails, the competent courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
