Questions about trademark & ipr
Is trademark registration guaranteed?
No. The Registry may object, or another party may oppose the application. A search before filing lowers that risk, and we handle the replies if they come.
Can I use ™ before registration?
Yes. You can use ™ once you have applied or even earlier. The ® symbol is only for a registered mark.
How long does a trademark last?
A registered trademark is valid for ten years and can be renewed every ten years after that.
