Keep your company or LLP compliant

Every company and LLP must file every year, even with no business activity. We track your due dates, prepare the filings and submit them so late fees and penalties do not pile up.

What is included

  • Companies: AOC-4 and MGT-7 annual filings, DIR-3 KYC, auditor and board compliance
  • LLPs: Form 8 (statement of account) and Form 11 (annual return)
  • Event-based filings: change of directors, address, share capital or name
  • Due-date calendar and reminders
  • Catch-up filing for missed years, with an estimate of late fees first

Documents we need

  • Certificate of incorporation and PAN of the entity
  • Financial statements or books of accounts for the year
  • Details of directors or partners and shareholders
  • MCA login access, or authorisation for us to file on your behalf
  • Previous filings, if we are taking over from another professional

The exact list depends on your case. We confirm it before we start.

Questions about roc & llp compliance

I had no business this year. Do I still need to file?

Yes. Companies and LLPs must file annual returns every year, including nil-activity years. Skipping them adds daily late fees and can lead to director disqualification.

I missed a few years of filing. What now?

Share your CIN or LLPIN and we will check the filing status on the MCA portal, estimate the late fees and propose a catch-up plan. Some options also exist to reduce fees; we tell you what applies.

Who signs the financials and returns?

Certain filings need certification by a Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary. We arrange a qualified professional where the law requires one.
