The fee depends on the service and your case. We share a quote after understanding what you need. Government fees and third-party charges are shown separately.
How long will my registration or filing take?
Timelines depend on how complete your documents are and how fast the government portal or department processes the application. We share a realistic estimate after reviewing your case and do not promise a fixed date.
Which documents do I need to start?
Each service page lists its documents. For most work you will need PAN and Aadhaar, address proof and a mobile number and email linked to the applicant.
Do you guarantee approval?
No. Approvals are decided by government authorities. We prepare your application carefully and handle objections if they arise.
Who are AAERM Global Services and AAERM Law Associates?
They are our associates. AAERM Global Services meets and supports clients, and AAERM Law Associates provides legal support where an advocate is needed. They are independent entities.
Do you give legal advice?
